Vow Renewal for Marriage Fidelity Day

Vows are personal. There is no one right way to commit or to recommit as a couple or as a family. There’s probably not a wrong way either.

Here are some suggestions feel free to use any or all of these or to make up something completely personal. Perhaps no words are needed. 

For faith-based renewal celebrations, consider including Deity as the primary witness to the vows.

I promise you my time, my care, and my dedication in all that may come our way.

I promise to do all in my power to protect our union from the ravages of infidelity, especially to guard against risks that may come my way.

And to be honest with you when temptation arises so that we may protect our marriage together.

In the best of times and in the worst that may come our way, forsaking all others,

I will stand at your side, protect and care for you for as long as we both shall live.
