Teleclass offering

Love - Magic, Mystery, or Chemistry?

This six week class is a delightful and eye opening exploration of this thing we call love. Drawing on the ground breaking work of Helen Fisher and others we'll delve into what creates the euphoric obsession of new love, why men prefer younger women, why no contact or Protection Phase is so counter-intuitive, how to get over a relationship that ends, how to keep romance alive in long term relationships, why women like the chiselled look, and why you can't entice a straying spouse back into marriage with flowers or sex.

By the end of this six week class you'll have a deeper understanding of what it is we call love. You'll know why we humans do some of the things we do and why we have a hard time doing some of the things we know we ought to do. AND you'll have a much better insight into the decisions you face.

Your enjoyment of this class will be greatly enhanced with the addition of Helen Fisher's fabulous book: Why We Love

What on earth is a "teleclass"?

A teleclass is a marvel of technology that allows folks from all around the world to meet in a virtual classroom with nothing more advanced than a regular telephone.

Class participants all call into the same number and are joined together on a shared line called a bridge.

On the bridge members can hear and converse with other members.

Because we are all together in virtual space it is requested that members keep  background noise to a minimum. A phone that allows you to mute yourself when you are not speaking is ideal.

We used to ask that only landline - corded phones be used for teleclass calls ... but no one has those any more! Cell and cordless phones are fine. Better still if they have mute capabilities.

Vive la technology!
